Very honored to have won an award from ISPWP just recently with the above image. No, the bride was no drunk (although it might look like she is), they were all just having a great time on the dance floor & someone just decided to give her a back lift.

Also just recently one of my engagement session has been featured on NY’s prestige Engagement 101 Magazine’s. Go ahead check out the awesome love story by the gorgeous couple…

& for my first time visitors, I have such an awesome love story for you from this lovely couple….

 From the bride…

It was an instant connection and feeling that I only saw portrayed in movies. Whenever we were together, I felt like our relationship was a chick-flick that had come to life. My heart felt as if it smiled every time I saw or talked to him, and his kisses would make me feel dizzy. Although I had moved to Florida from Central New York, 1,358 miles couldn’t keep Jeff and me apart. We spent months traveling back and forth to be with each other (and hundreds of dollars!), until I made the commitment to relocate back home to live with him and to begin our life together. Less than a year later, we were engaged and planning the wedding of our dreams!

A few months before our wedding, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and an auto-immune disease. Two surgeries and a radiation treatment later, my body was left feeling weak and sick, but my heart still felt strong and appreciative for the man that was with me throughout all of this, keeping me positive the whole time. At one point we had considered eloping and canceling the traditional wedding, but we knew we would regret that decision. I am very happy to say that on a perfect Saturday afternoon in August, surrounded by loving friends and family, we became Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Chitambar in a ceremony that combined our love of the outdoors with the beauty and simplicity of the country.

Thousands of miles, and a life threatening disease couldn’t keep us apart. The love that we share for one another gets stronger every day and the happiness radiates through our facial expressions. These photographs captured every detail from our dream wedding day, and on a day that is over before you know it, this is priceless. We will always have those to cherish, and to help remind us of the love that overcame the wedding that almost wasn’t.

Happy Mothers Day to all

Syracuse NY photographer photographs little children

Just want to take this opportunity to say happy mothers day to all that have precious little ones. I know that mothers only want the best for their children & I appreciate everything my mother has taught me, the way she raised me, the way she cared for me, & the way she loved me. I had a privilege to photograph this precious little girl & I thought this photo was the perfect touch in memory of mothers day.

Happy Mothers Day to all!

Beautiful NY Farm & Horse Wedding

Last fall I had a free weekend & an awesome photographer friend of mine Todd Johnson from Come Together Studios has asked if I can photograph a wedding with him – so I figured why not :) – I love to help out whenever I can.

For the most part, I had to photograph the guys getting ready since it was quite a distance away from where the gals were getting ready… but it was a nice change for me since I’m usually the main & sole photographer for all my weddings. The wedding was absolutely gorgeous. This NY farm style wedding with these gorgeous horses was definitely unique & I loved it. One of these days I would love to actually photograph an engagement session with horses so if any of you out there are getting married soon, I’d love to spend some time with any couple and just horses.

The outside wedding was right on the farm where we enjoyed the beautiful & gorgeous sunset right after the first dance.  Here are just a few images for the few hours that I stayed to capture some of these moments for this lovely couple.

Here goes to Jeff & Kristen!!!
