A gorgeous Modern stylish and elegant wedding – Rochester NY Wedding Photographer

Rochester ny wedding photographer

A bit of modern fashion, a vintage location, a stylish stunning bride, and of course a handsome guy for the bride, a killer 2nd day bridal session at Ithaca Falls, 2 weddings dresses, classy cars, high end cars, and most of all an awesome gorgeous couple… this wedding has it all.

Mike & Victoria’s Rochester NY beautiful & gorgeous wedding finally made it to my blog. It was an amazing day full of life. A little different from most weddings but thats what I really love about my couples. Everyone has their own vision for a wedding fairy tale & Victoria certainly had hers. One thing you’ll see different is that Victoria wanted a more fashion style vintage shoot as well as a modern elegant photoshoot so she had two wedding dresses, thats right, 2! Before the day began Mike & Victoria got dressed to have their first look as well as take off to a farm field with a barn for a photoshoot during the morning hours. We then came back to the house, where the bride put her real dress on that she wore the rest of the day. It was really awesome to have the couple so passionate about photos that they took it a step further and planned out the day so that they could utilize as much time as possible for really awesome memories. Not only that, the couple also hired me for a second day shoot (bridal photoshoot) two months after the wedding. It was the perfect solution to focus on the wedding and not worrying if the couple had enough time for photos and it also eliminated any “rushing” during the wedding. Its also nice to have a bridal session or a second day shoot if the weather doesn’t hold out on the wedding day.

The entire wedding was just so beautiful & gorgeous.

From the Bride:

“My Husband and I and both involved with our church, and Ukrainian community, and we just knew it would be the most prefect location to have the Lord’s Blessing and get married at our church.

Our ceremony was traditional and romantic. It was held at the church were we both attend. I have a huge love for flowers, so for me it was very important to include a lot of flowers into the ceremony and reception.

I (the bride), began working at an auto shop in the beginning of the year. I was in charge of running the front office, and greeting the customers as they walked in to get serviced. On one sunny spring day, a handsome man walked in to get his SUV looked at. I could tell that he was a bit shy, and seemed completely smitten. I was very flattered. A few weeks later he came again, and it seemed every week he would find a reason to come back to the auto shop. It was then that I knew that he no longer was coming to get his car fixed, but he had his eye on something else.

Our proposal was sweet, personal, and very down to earth. On one snowy night in January, my husband picked me up from my house and told me that we were going to go watch a movie. I was totally down for it, and was not expecting a single thing. On the way to the theater we stopped by his office because he had to pick up some papers. When i walked in with him, his office was filled with candles, roses, and rose petals. At that moment I knew. As I looked behind me, there he was standing on one knee with a beautiful Tacori ring in his hand.

For our reception we had soft pinks, peach, ivories, and creams as our color palette. I wanted something that was elegant, romantic, and inviting. I made sure to use lots of peonies, garden roses, orchids, roses, ranunculus, vine branches, and plenty of hydrangeas. “
